The moment your transaction is finalized on our website, our warehouse team springs into action. Please allocate up to three (3) business days for our staff to authenticate, securely pack, and transfer your goods to our courier networks.
Note: Any transactions finalized over the weekend will be queued for dispatch on the subsequent Monday.
2. Transit Times and Rates
Daecxvuion proudly offers worldwide standard shipping. For international deliveries, the transit window generally spans between 10 and 20 business days. To keep things simple, we apply a universal flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD to all purchases.
3. Unforeseen Interruptions
Occasionally, logistical timelines may be extended due to circumstances outside our jurisdiction, including strict customs clearances or network-wide carrier disruptions. We kindly request your understanding should these rare events occur.
4. Monitoring Your Shipment
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, an automated dispatch notification containing your unique tracking credentials will be emailed to you. You can monitor your shipment's journey via www.17track.net.
Note: Tracking databases may require 24 to 72 hours to reflect the initial scan.
5. Split Deliveries
To optimize shipping speeds, orders comprising multiple different products might be fulfilled from diverse warehouse locations. If this happens, your items will arrive in distinct parcels, and you will receive separate tracking links for each package.
6. Order Modifications
If you realize an error was made regarding your delivery destination or product variants (such as color, sizing, or quantity), immediate action is required. You must notify us within a 12-hour window following your purchase.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If you are absent during the delivery attempt, the postal agent will usually leave a notification card, and your parcel will be routed to a nearby post office for pickup. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking status. Daecxvuion assumes no liability for merchandise returned to sender due to invalid addresses or a failure to claim the package at the local depot.
8. Extended Transit Periods

9. Missing or Purloined Parcels

Lost in Transit: Should the carrier officially declare your package lost in their network, Daecxvuion will dispatch a complimentary replacement.

Stolen after Delivery: We do not offer refunds or replacements for parcels that the courier has officially scanned as "Delivered." In these instances, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or building management.
10. Fulfillment Centers and Global Reach
While we service a global clientele, we will notify you immediately if logistical barriers prevent us from shipping to your specific region. To maintain our commitment to premium quality and competitive pricing, your merchandise may be dispatched from regional hubs (including the US, Canada, Australia, and the EU) or shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.
