Standard Return Directives
Under our standard operational procedures, every transaction executed on the Daecxvuion platform is strictly classified as a final sale. We do not accommodate general returns or accept items back due to a change of mind. Authorized exceptions to this policy are exclusively reserved for instances where the product is verifiably defective, physically compromised during transit, or completely mismatched from your original invoice.
Claims for Faulty or Erroneous Deliveries
Despite our stringent quality assurance protocols, manufacturing flaws or logistical errors can occasionally occur. We strongly advise inspecting your goods the moment they arrive. Any grievances concerning broken, malfunctioning, or incorrect articles must be formally submitted to our customer care staff within a strictly enforced seven (7) day window following the recorded delivery date.

Financial Reimbursements
Should your claim warrant a monetary refund (whether partial or complete), the authorized funds will be systematically routed back to the exact payment mechanism you utilized during the initial transaction. Please be advised that banking institutions and credit card issuers typically require 7 to 12 business days to process and post the credited amount to your account statement.
Policy on Item Swaps
Daecxvuion does not facilitate customary exchanges (such as trading an item for an alternative color or size post-delivery). We solely authorize direct, identical replacements if the original unit is officially deemed defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled by our claims department.
Unapproved Return Shipments
Under no condition should you mail any goods back to our distribution centers without prior, explicit, written directives from our support division. Parcels returned outside of this mandated process will be unequivocally refused at our facilities. Consequently, we forfeit any obligation to process refunds, issue replacements, or provide any resolution for unauthorized incoming shipments.
